Well everyone, here we are again at the end of a very busy year photo wise. In all honesty I can say that we've all seen some pretty good images this year and like me I'm sure you all have your favourites.

We finished the year off this evening by judging our Print of the Year and Digital of the Year, then between these two we chose our Photo of the Year.

Sadly there weren't too many of us who made it this evening which was a shame. It's a busy time of year and I know how hard it is to venture out into the cold after it gets dark.

Anyway, we did what we could with what we had. It was felt by some, including myself, that perhaps we could come up with a better way of voting for this event, so maybe next year we'll look at this. So the results for this year were:

• PRINT OF THE YEAR: Chance meeting in Bevangna by Tony Carter - another great image by Tony folks, I've always love this one.
• DIGITAL OF THE YEAR: Abstract Water by - Me! No bribery was involved I swear!
• PHOTO OF THE YEAR: Abstract Water - my humble thanks to everyone.
